Angelica Marie Cecora demands apology and $5M from 'deviant' Oscar De La Hoya

Angelica Marie Cecora appeared at Manhattan Supreme Court today where she is suing boxer Oscar De La Hoya. She alleges that De La Hoya unlawfully imprisoned her during a drug-fueled sex romp at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in March, 2011.

A blonde knockout who claims Oscar De La Hoya got rough during a freaky sex-and-drugs party wants $5 million from the cross-dressing champ and one little word — sorry.

“It would be nice to start with an apology,” Angelica Marie Cecora said after a hearing on her lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court on Wednesday.

“Oscar needs to acknowledge his mistakes. He knows he did something wrong,” said the 25-year-old stunner, clad in a short pencil-thin skirt, ruffled shirt and spike heels.

De La Hoya wasn’t at the hearing, but his lawyer said he’s been to rehab and is a changed man.

Cecora didn’t get specific about what happened in De La Hoya’s Ritz-Carlton suite on last March 15, but her court papers don’t spare any details.

After drinks, dinner and some consensual intercourse, the married Golden Boy put on Cecora’s undies and ordered $200 worth of cocaine and $100 worth of pot delivered to his room, the suit says.

He requested an extreme sex act and Cecora obliged. She also had her roommate come over with sex toys, and she repeated the act, the papers allege.

Things went awry when Cecora and her pal went to sleep and De La Hoya allegedly tried to pull her out of bed three times to have sex again.

She “was afraid to leave the hotel room because she feared that the defendant would attempt to have sex with her against against her will,” the suit says.

Cecora, who has modeled for Maxim and Playboy, is seeking damages for emotional distress, imprisonment, assault and battery — but the retired pugilist’s lawyer, Judd Burstein, said it was all a crock.

The worst thing that happened to her was she missed a dentist appointment the next morning, he told the judge.

He asked that sanctions be imposed on Cecora’s lawyer, Tom Evans, for bringing a “frivolous” suit filled with “salacious” allegations.

“The facts of the case are salacious because the acts of Mr. De La Hoya were deviant,” Evans shot back.

He hit back, claiming Burstein tried to pay off his client with $6,000 in cash — which De la Hoya’s mouthpiece denied and called “outrageous.”

The judge reserved decision on the motions.

Outside court, Evans said his client tried to beg off the hotel-room romp but De La Hoya persuaded her to stay.

"She thought they might have a chance for a more permanent relationship, as crazy as that sounds to you and me," he said.

He said Cecora’s roommate is willing to testify but did not appear in court because she is afraid of De La Hoya.

Burstein said that De La Hoya checked into rehab last spring because “his life was out of control.”

"Mr. De La Hoya has made mistakes but he's changed his act,” Burstein said. “[Cecora will\] probably be the last one who can make such claims."

In September, De La Hoya admitted he had a cocaine addiction and that pictures of him wearing fishnets and lingerie from 2007 were real.
