People in a Brooklyn neighborhood say they're being terrorized by pit bulls. The dogs have attacked people and pets in Midwood.
Assemblyman Dov Hikind is calling on the NYPD and animal care and control to do something about it.
The dogs hand around the railroad at Foster Avenue and Avenue I, according to Hikind's office. Some railroad workers say they have been attacked.
