N.Y. Rabbi denies posing as cop; second complaint filed

WHITE PLAINS - A second person has come forward claiming a Larchmont rabbi impersonated a police officer.

Peter Moses says Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski pulled him over in White Plains back in May. Moses was heading home to the Soundview Community in the city when he realized an enraged man was driving way too close to him.

Moses say Borodowski perpendicularly blocked him on the side of the road. He says the rabbi's badge never had a number on it or the name of the police department. Moses never reported the incident until he saw News 12 Westchester's report.

The 49-year-old rabbi at Congregation Sulam Yaakov is already facing felony charges for a similar incident in Mamaroneck.

Borodowski is expected back in Mamaroneck Village Court on July 11.
